At Sunjoy Outdoor Structures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor oasis. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Structure
Carefully disassemble your item and pack it securely in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized gazebos.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
